Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All bait products are classed as perishable goods, and as such returns cannot be accepted unless they are faulty or damaged, and satisfactory proof is provided to Poacher Baits.
For any other items, goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging and with tags attached. Please contact Poacher Baits in advance via email at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any item. Returns are at your own expense and once a return has been authorised, we recommend goods are sent via a tracked and insured delivery method.
